Ich? Black Hood Clownfish

My clownfish (had for 3 months) has developed white spots on his body, the other clownfish (in dt for 1 month) sometimes lays on the sand. All fish in tank, except the full black clownfish pictured were quarantined (observed) (black hood was first fish). Is this ich or something more insidious? Medications on hand are methylene blue, paraguard, epsom salt, and aquarium salt. What can I use (both with on hand items and in general) to treat this most effectively.

This does appear to be ich and Observation as you just found wastes valuable time quarantining thereby risking disease. The items listed you have, offer no treatment as Paraguard is a waste of money, Epsom salt is a freshwater remedy for goldfish *and Magnesium sulfate is already present in salt mix), and methylene blue best for freshwater use. You will need to isolate all fish that have been in with this clown into a separate tank and treat them for a full 30 days using coppersafe or copper power at 2.25 ppm monitored with a Hanna brand copper test kit. The display tank will have to be kept fishless (FALLOW) for 6-8 weeks to assure the existing parasites go through their life cycle without a host fish and die off
You will also want to monitor ammonia level during quarantine with a reliable test kit

Thank you, i have a qt set up and picked up coppersafe and will begin treatment in a few minutes. Tester is arriving tomorrow. If you dont mind me asking, what other medications should i keep on hand for marine fish?
