Ich, worms, or other?

Does this look like ich, worms, or something else?

I can’t tell. Turn off the blue & crank up the white light.

That is mucus cones. Skin irritation, and these blue tangs are known for it. But at times can be mixed with ich. Keep an eye out on the spots. Ich spots disappear faster than mucus cones.

Ich spots tend to be smaller and round.
