What would you do?

My blue hippo tang and one of my black chromes has ick
Also I think I see a spot or 2 on one of my clown fish.

Super frustrating, since the rock work after a few switches months ago I finally glued and silicon everything together including the touch and hammer coral plugs.
Frogspawn too.

This is my more established tank being a few years old. With some very old live rock.

I have had great success with copper treatment but if I put it in this main fully stocked tank… what are the consequences.

What would you do.
I can’t catch any of these fish in here way too many places to hide.

Clowns
Nanos tang
Blue hippo tang
Chromes
Cleaner shirmp
GPS coral
Diamond goby

Hi

So I just ended up leaving it along and feeding everyone well.

The blue tang got worse as in more white spots. But then all of a sudden , all the ich spots are gone!?

The one chromes didn’t make it. (I never did find the body though)

I’m quite sure ich is still in my main tank here however none of the fish show it now.

Clowns seamed to have ich for 2 days very mild case

So I guess I’m lucky
