Well got a new flame angel dipped him in paraguard for 1 HR . Then put him in QT for several weeks no signs of anything bad looked healthy. When I placed him in my tank about 2 weeks and ick appeared on him in my reef tank. The ick has killed all mymfish now that I was unable to catch. It seems that no Coral seems to be injured and seem healthy . should I just wait it out 3 months before I add new fish? also should I do anything to keep the bacteria going for my Coral or for when I prepare to restock ?

I'd move the fish to QT, let the display tank sit empty without fish for 76 days, (i'd go for 81, just to be sure), while treating the fish with either:
Formaline, copper or a combination of the two.
I'm not sure about the exact amounts, perhaps someone else has them.
Copper is the only thing that kills ICH. Flame Angels are sensitive to copper so be very careful on the total copper dosed. Angels do seem to tolerate Cupramine better and it doesn't leech like than other forms of copper. Also only treat with copper for 2-3 weeks and watch for signs of stress or discoloration. If the angel stops eating or colors start fading, you will need to neutralize the copper in the tank ASAP as the copper level in the water has become toxic to the fish.
