Reef-a-Palooza was awesome. Highly recommend you check it out if you can. While away I got my ICP results back from ATI.. overall I think I am looking ok.. aside from elevated PO4 and NO3 which I am working on getting lower with more frequent water changes. Hopefully I start to see some better trace elements with this AFR. Right now I am only dosing 10ml day.

Iodine is the only thing I would care about.

Ignore manganese and iron. Both are short-lived in reef tanks, so it is more normal not to find them than to find them. Ignore barium also. Phosphate is still ok in my eyes.

I think it's a fine experiment to dose a mixture of trace elements since iodine and a variety of others are potentially low. Tropic Marine A and K may be a fine way to go.

Dosing iodine does not mean it will rise. Algae and other organisms take it up. It will rise only if you dose more than is taken up or otherwise lost.

Since the iodine concentration is very low, I expect it will rise, depending on the dosage of All-For-Reef.

Right now I am just doing 10ml a day... My tank is only 64g.
