SPS was growing well after a rebound from a issues then it all went down hill again. Apparently really high tin. Low iodine and low p04.

The first one is the measurement?
While it is impossible to judge trace metal toxicity from simple numbers (due to the fact that there are many forms of tin with different toxicity), it does not seem super high compared to many others I’ve seen.

I might employ a metal binder (metasorb, polyfilter, etc) to try to lower tin, but I would not just assume it is the problem.

I've been battling STN on my sps...found my pump on mixing station was rusting on the impeller. In tbe past 2 weeks I've complete just shy of a 50%w/c with the new pump, gonna continue my 25% every 3-5 days till I get roughly almost all the water changed aka 25% at a time. And investing in poly filter. Also my par was a bit low in 220s around my sps, added 25% now at 85% to my xr15 (also a 4 bulb t5 hybrid) to jump it 50 par. I will re test in a month with icp. Wish there was just a tin test lol

How long would it take poly filter to change colors based on the contamination?

I usually cut up some small pieces and drop into my mixing bucket to see if there is a color change before I use the new salt water. Never have seen any color change.
