Hello folks,

Can anyone ID this red macro algae? And hopefully get some info how to best care either in 55 gallon tank with Fluval marine light or 10 gallon with Aquamedic light.

Might be red ogo, dragons breath is a bit more ‘leafy’ and has orange tips. I grow it in my sump and this is how it looks.

Not sure if it's "red ogo," which has more elongated fronds and pointed tips. My guess would be the much rarer Rhodopeltis, which is a slow-growing, decorative red macroalgae.

Yes some of its branch has that same white tips. Actually i added some drop of iron as I thought it is starting to get pale or bleach. Lol thanks a lot as usual!
