Does anyone know that these things are? I think the one in the sand might be Aptasia but I’ve never seen in in my tank before. And the other looks like hair algae almost but idk what the saltwater term is? Any help is super appreciated

Double whammy. Apitasia and Hyroids perhaps.
Dang okay! Should I be doing anything to negate them? I know Aptasia isn’t good but you can’t just remove it! I’m not sure what to do with hydroids
 
Reduced coral feedings and or the amount of suspended particles in the water column.
Unfortunately there's no easy remedy.
 
I think you can inject aiptasia with lemon juice and that is supposed to get rid of them. Also, I think peppermint shrimp eat them. Berghia nudibranches will eat them but usually die later due to lack of a food source.
