Yes, I know those are green zoas...but there is a SMALL multi colored "polyp" looking thing with short, what looks to be like feeder tentacles coming out of it. I have no idea what it is...no recent additions to the tank. Currently housing typical softies and some LPS...acans, duncans. What is this thing?

It's just odd...the rock that the zoas are on is kinda freestanding on my sand bed. It touches some base rock, but barely. It's the oldest coral purchase in the tank...
 
Any sort of idea how it could have just "popped" up on a rock of zoas like that?
