Hello! Curious what these might be in my sump?

They are about the width of a quarter and there is tons one in the sump. Don’t see any in the DT

I have precisely the same thing in my sump. They appear to be some sort of sponge, they fairly closely resembled this:

So I believe it could be pineapple sponges or something along those lines but it appears to be growing at a rapid rate over last 3 months, as that was the last time I cleaned my sump and equipment ect.. should I be concerned or should I leave for a little longer before cleaning the sump out...
