hello , just got some live rock from a fellow reefer , i've got a few of those little nem on them , could you tel me what kind of nem it is , a keeper or not .

Might be aptasia. Look like this ?

The first couple are not good! Either Majano or Aptasia, but the 3rd and 4th look ok, just not sure what type.
 
1st is aiptasia
2nd 3rd are pictures of the same anemone. Majano which is worst than aiptasia, grow slower but NOTHING WILL EAT IT.
The 4th is of a Majano. More typical picture of the Majano than the other two pictures.
Do whatever you need to get the last two anemones out (and any of their sibling)
 
I guess the 2,3 and 4 pictures are from the OP.
Get them out anyway you can.
