Hello can anybody id this thing under the rock it looks like it has some hair on its sides it's see through and about 5mm wide with an opening at the bottom. I will try to take a better picture later on if that helps.

You need a better picture. Also, some history of where live rock came from.

I'll be cleaning my tank in next few hours I haven't tried touching it just yet I'll give it a try and let you know

probably sponge or tunicate. They both like low light areas.

Hmm might be tunicate looks a bit similar but I was looking as well up that it might be barnacle of sorts but do they just pop out so big out of nowhere

Always possible but from my understanding it is very difficult to sustain those let alone propagate them. After a year essentially all of them that did come in on my rock have died
