It's a gorgonian

NPS Coral - Menella sp - Gorgonian (Comun name: Sea Fan) - Fast grower, very fast encrusting, needs lots of flow to keep algae from covering polyps. It may need some target feeding depending on how often and what you feed your tank inhabitants with.

I used to have gorgonians but some of my tangs saw them as snacks and I ended trading them for other corals.
