What is this? It’s been in my tank for a long time and has really never done much in terms of growth or decline. I’ve put it at many different levels of light and flow without much change.

I have a blasto and definitely doesn’t seem to be the case. Even at its “best, the polyp never flares out.
To me, it looks more like a Lobo of some sort. It is perfectly round tho.

I'd say a type of lobophyllia
