Do you have a hand lens? I had something similar and when I looked close it was an oval pouch, flat like, but with hairs and cream in color. Unfortunate I do not know what that was, so may not be any use to you, but would be interested in what you find.

Like you I received a shipment, very happy day. What did you get and where from?

I got a cotton candy stylo, limelight green Slimer, tri-color valida, miyagi tort, strawberry shortcake, birdnest or 2 and a free I he through in. So far very happy with my purchase. Nice sized and looking frags too.

That's a limpet. I have hundreds of them and consider them a good part of the cleanup crew although they are so small they can't eat very much.

Glad your frags arrived safely and you are satisfied with them. Thanx for the order and good luck with your frags.

I had one of my six or so eat the fleshy parts of a Blasto. Saw it on a head one day, figured it was nothing. All of the other heads around where the limpet was were perfectly healthy. The next day, it moved to the adjacent head, leaving only the eye of the first head. Pulled it off of that head - which was only half gone - and the two damaged ones are recovering nicely.

Did not know this was a problem with them. I did not remove my others.

The only problem I have had is the tiny ones that live in my plumbing get into pumps and clog up the impellers occasionally.
