Ideal 50 gallon setups out there?

Hello!

I am looking to upgrade from my current nano to a larger tank, around 52 gallons—the biggest that will fit in my apartment.

Does anyone have experience with D-D tanks? I was looking at the 900 system. From what I’ve heard, they are a quality brand with few reported issues. However, I don’t like that the 900 only comes with one light, which isn’t enough to properly cover the whole tank, so I’d need to buy an additional Hydra 32.

I can’t stand when manufacturers sell incomplete packages that require immediate upgrades. This makes me lean toward the new Red Sea XXL tank instead.

Any input would be much appreciated.

I've never heard of DD before. The Red Sea XXL is a good tank (I've looked at them at a couple of shows before). You could also look into Water Box and IM tanks as well!
