Hey hey reefers :)
Recently got some beauties at frag swap. I want to see how a few of them respond to where I'd like to place them to make sure they're happy before permanently attaching to rock. Yes, I could put frag there now BUT Dozer, my turbo snail would for sure knock them off.

Any ideas for what I could use or do for a temporary hold??? TIA :)

Take a small solid rock and drill hole/s in it that accommodate the frag plug and move it around at will.
Good idea except Dozer would still knock it off rock lol
Wish there was like a temporary epoxy

I find plugs aren't too hard to remove just glued down. But they also stay in place. It may leave a bit of hard glue residue behind though.

I should add that I clip the "plug part" off and just use the disc. You would need a hole for the plug.

you can just buy a small cheap frag rack from amazon, I think its only $20, then you can move it up and down as you like to decide its final spot.

The printed reef makes little frag holders you can glue to the rock and just swap frags out whenever
Was going to mention this, they also have these little plug holders that have a little stick on them that you can stick into holes in your rock, I’ve got a couple and they work pretty well.
