Hello everyone,
I need help identifying this leather coral I bought last night from a reputable coral shop here in Alabama. The owner was actually stumped because it came in a new shipment and doesn’t look like most branching leathers he has seen or ordered previously. It actually had a green Kenya tree attached to it, so two for one buy! Anyways, under 14k full spectrum, this coral has a very distinguishable green coloration to it, however, the owner did not believe it to be a green Sinularia. Under normal lighting, it appears less green and more pink. With the actenics on, its glows a bright orange color. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

It could very well be a Sinularia sp. It could also be another genus as well. Ofwegen' research of Sinularia specie in Palau is an interesting example identifying species.
