Im wanting to know what this piece of plumbing is called? I cant really find it online either

I would guess that you would have to contact the company. It does not look like a standard fitting.

Looks like a queer male reducer. That gasket makes think those are not blind threads though. Measure the diameter and pitch and you might be able to find a flanged fitting that will work. Will be easier if it’s something blind like NPT.
