Hey everyone,

I thought I would put this question out there as a fun Friday discussion.

If you could only buy one piece of equipment from this list, what would it be and why? Again, you can buy more than one but if you were given a choice between them what would be first, second, third.

1) UV Sterilizer
2) Filter roller
3) Skimmer
4) Reactors
5) Algae Scrubber (since I forgot the first time :) )
thanks!

Any preference in what kind? Or did you DIY it
The one in the biocube is basically part DIY and purchased a made to order acrylic and screen, can’t remember who the seller is. But if you are looking for a big ones, there are plenty of choices, most of them are sponsors here at R2R. First that poped out of my mind is Santa Monica.

I’d go with the filter roller. My bio load is pretty minimal so I don’t think no skimmer would be too big of a deal. Plus, it’s soooooo nice not to have to worry about changing filter socks, especially when I go out of town.

Skimmer by far the most important on that list. Then UV for me
