I'll never order from BRS ever again!!!

Wanted to give a quick rant about BRS

Thou they may talk high about there customer service it sucks

I had to incidences with this company

1 I ordered a ai prime HD got the light in opened it up and it just didn't fit my needs
Called them up and and ask if I can return it. They said I can't because I cut the dumb tape on the box. So I had to sell the light and lose money on

2 ordered a skimmer a $400 skimmer yesterday and needed it this week called and ask if it can be here before Saturday they said they cant upgrade my shipping so I asked to cancel the shipping they said I can't do that also even thou the item hasn't left the warehouse yet.
I then mentioned that I will have to call my cc company to see if I can get this canceled since BRS doesn't want to help me and the sales rep

Said that we can't do business anymore

I hate this company and I'll never go order from them again I'm sure people have had there positives but so far I had 2 bad reviews
