Looking back - did you ever respond; does the vesicle look like it is filled with fluid or with gas?

I don't have a separate tank. Appetite is not great just sits there when I feed Mayne picks a little but not like he used 2

You can use a 5 gallon bucket with heater and circulation pump.

I'm curious - how did this turn out? We've had a couple of cases recently where the fish recovered in 2 to 4 weeks....
