Ilumenair help on shallow tank

Hi I have a shallow tank of 15 inches and light is about 4 inches above the water level would like suggestions on the setting please they are powerful lights I currently have them on 20 percent whites 60 percent blues and 5 percent. Colours for the main day light sun rise and sun set are okay just want to make sure they are not to powerful on that or maybe not powerful enough
