증상은 다음과 같습니다. 아크로의 피부는 푸석푸석하고, 검고, 하얀 부스러기 같은 것들이죠.
이게 무슨 질병인지, 바이러스인지는 모르겠습니다. 원인과 해결방법이 궁금합니다. 이거 아는 사람 있나요?

Translation:
Please understand that I am not good at English.
Symptoms include: Acro's skin is rough, black, and white flakes-like.
I don't know what kind of disease or virus this is. I am curious about the cause and solution. Does anyone know this?

You should try using some antibiotics, but with great preparation and precautions

that looks like pest damage to me as opposed to a disease/virus

You should check for AEFW’s. The first picture looks like their damage.
