I would post your goby pic on the disease forum. Could be ich, hard to tell honestly. Any other fish with white spots? How long have you had the fish?

That goby looks like it may have velvet due to the number of spots but on a white fish it's so hard to tell... Sometimes MORE blues can make it easier to see spots on a light colored fish, I would play with the lighting (if you can) and take more photos.

Is it an accurate observation that there are a lot of small spots on the fins?

Also, I would make a post in the fish disease forum :)

It's an easy addiction to surcomb to! Thankfully, I am "the wife" and don't get much flack from my other half. Get her involved with your ill fish, no woman can stand by when an animal is sick [emoji56]
