Hey hey! Wondering if this will work as a refugium. Middle chamber of the IM fusion nano 10 gallon.

i expect it’ll work as a refugium for the sake of the copepods, but perhaps not so much for keeping nitrates & phosphates efficiently in check.

is that light over the chamber spillover from the main light set-up?

Ok thank you! At least it will propagate more copepods. It's a secondary light over the refug. You can see the light bar in the second picture. Not certain on details, but it has been growing freshwater plants in my beta tank with success.

What I've seen a lot of people do for their fuge in an aio is scrapping off the black from the back of the tank and lighting it from the back
