I have a bunch of live rock that’s been cycling for over a month in a 10 gallon tank. Plus LR in my main 40 gallon tank with a 20 gallon sump. Since cycling won’t be an issue this Peninsula 14 will get filled with livestock fairly quickly.

One of the benefits of the surface skimmer it allows to raise the water level in the tank. The tank is filled with water now. I used the water from the holding tank as well as 5 gallons of NSW.

Following along looking to setup a second tank while I treat the Nuvo 20 and after some research narrow down to this one or the WB Peninsula 15.

This was totally unplanned. A fish store had this on close out sale at a great price. This is new old stock, non-pro setup.

Par measurements done. In the photo above the light is tipped a little down so I had to straighten it a little to get a better light spread. To achieve the desired par numbers below I set my AI Prime Sol to the following settings:
RY-40%
B-40%
CW-25%

I’ve been using this tank for holding rock. My main 40B will be upgraded to 120 in 3-4 weeks. After the upgrade is done I’ll focus more on this nano.
There’s small chance I might use a tote for holding rock in the garage and the update might come sooner.
