Do you have access to commercial products from Kent or Seachem? If so, I'd suggust looking at their vitamin/trace element products and use these to formulate Arman's F/2+ solution. You'll be famous! It might not be Guillard's exactly, but it would be close enough.

Also, were are you getting your phyto culture from? I would think they would have the supplies available for culturing.

Lol.
I wont give up till i make my own f2(thank u for suggesting).
Yes seachem and Kent exist.
There are only 2 person having phyto cultures and they use it for clowns.
One of my friend s that knows one of them took it for me.
I just ran a set up about 1 month ago without f2(i thought its not necessary)but it crashed.
Now i want to start it with all is mentioned in the structures.

One question is that i think that the seachem products available here are made in Turkey.
Is that the same over there?

I know Seachem started here in the United States, but have no idea where they manufacture. I wouldn't be a bit surprised if they are manufacturing in other foreign countries, which have fewer restrictions and less costs. Very few chemical / pharmaceutical companies still manufacture here in the US. They have their corporate headquarters here, but manufacture elsewhere. The three pharmaceutical companies I worked for have since moved to foreign lands...Brazil, Ireland and Italy.
