That’s one of the reasons why I’m not having any clowns in my current tank. Clowns are weird.

I was feeding the fish live brine shrimp last night. I had the lid off like usual and I spooked my midas blenny and he yeeted himself out of the tank onto vinyl flooring. Luckily, he seems to be fine. Im watching him on the camera this morning and hes swimming and being bossy like normal.
I spooked him because I was looking for my pistol and watchman goby. They have seemed to have covered up all there entrances and I've never seen them do that before. Still waiting for them to come out lol

No updated list. I dont think I added much more. Think maybe a doser and co2 scrubber as far as equipment goes.

I had a bubble tip takeover once. Ended up with 17 of them in an IM50 Lagoon AIO. There was literally no room for anything else. Traded them all in when I upgraded tanks and now have a firm No Anemones policy. I would love to have only one but one just isn't possible so they're banned.

I had a bubble tip takeover once. Ended up with 17 of them in an IM50 Lagoon AIO. There was literally no room for anything else. Traded them all in when I upgraded tanks and now have a firm No Anemones policy. I would love to have only one but one just isn't possible so they're banned.

Yeah, I regret getting one lol. I currently trying to stuff them in a nem box so I can give them away.

Also update: my pistol shrimp died. Not sure if old age or high phosphates. I was reading .6 .. whoops. Probably all the live brine I was feeding. I added a gfo reactor on sunday and phosphates at .22 now. Added another tiny pistol and she's already paired with my goby. My goby was going nuts all over the tank without his pistol

So I did another ICP test. I just did one a few weeks ago.
My phosphates went from .6 to .1

Calcium up from 280 to 410
I added a doser,dosing 4ml for upkeep

Iodine is still low, gfo must be really pulling that out. Going to have to microdose that.

GHA is way better. I bought a lettuce nudi branch. He was so tiny a few weeks ago. Hes got to be 2inches now.

Oh and my ballast for my front channel t5's went out. Replacement comes today... im not looking forward on changing it out lol

I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone’s ICP test results that didn’t show low iodine. I’ve got an ICP test sitting on my desk waiting to be used and I bet mine comes back low iodine as well. I probably should just order some Lugol’s now to save time.

Yeah, every time I do an ICP its low. I was dosing 2ml redsea iodine every month. I took a free icp test a few weeks ago and this newest one was the pro version

Fixed my front channel t5. Swapped the ballast out. Easy but a dang pain. Worst was taking the t5 fixture down because i have orpheks hanging from the ceiling as well lol

My wife is letting me upgrade the tank!
Can't pass up the 50% off IM deal going on. Going with the 100ext. I can't justify paying $2k more for the 150g.
I've got to flip my basement around so I can have this tank setup while the other tank is still running lol. I dont know how im going to fit anything next to it but ill make it work lol
