I'm currently on Reef Moonshiners and not doing water changes to maintain element levels. How can I bump my 34.2 ppt (1.258SG) to 1.26. Or is my current level of 34.2 ok ?

Note that I'm also dosing Kalk

You can just add some saltwater to your tank then when evaporation lower the level salinity will go up.

Can I just add a small amount of salt to the overlfow and let it dissolve every other day or so ?
