Sorry, I think you have a typo ("be water") that's throwing off your question. What's your end goal... are you making 125 gallons of new RO/DI salt water, and plan to add old (cured) rock from an established tank?

Then I'd say your established rock will have you ready for a modestly small number of fish right off the bat. Like an instant cycle, based on the cycled rock-- again, provided you don't outpace what the existing beneficial bacteria can handle by too many fish (i.e., ammonia), too fast.

Latest update. Steel beam is in reenforcing the floor. Plumbing and electrical done. 75 gallon inhabitants moved. Just need to get calcium reactor, ATO, anf kalk set up.
