I am having issues with my IM automatic fleece roller and levels in my return chamber. Currently whenever the fleece roller goes off the level in my water chambers rise and triggers my ATO alarm. Has anyone else ran into this problem and has any suggestions?

Yes this is normal and more noticeable in AIO's then sumps. Your chambers are going to fluctuate. Unless its making major salinity swings (it shouldn't). Don't stress. If you want less fluctuations in water level, you need the fleece roller to roll more frequently as to not let it clog up. But this comes at the cost of wasting material.

How it works: The fleece obstructs water flow as it clogs making the return chamber lower. So now your ATO will trigger to add more water. Eventually your fleece roller will rotate to clean fleece. This increases the flow and allows more water into the chamber causing the rise again. It will eventually equalize. You just need to find the sweet spot.

Hmm thank you! this is quite crazy though as it's not a minor fluctuation. In my case the water chamber has went up about 2.5 inches.

For my fleece roller unfortunately it turns automatically by itself every 12 hours. Would be great if I could set it to turn every 6 hours to avoid this.

This is one of the reasons the design is personally poor and why I didn't buy it for my IM25.

it is quite strange as it doesn't also do this every day. But it does happen about 2 times a week I would say which is definitely annoying.
