Hello everyone! I am getting a new tank delivered soon. In preparation for this, I’m going to start working on the aquascaping soon.

This will be my second tank. I have plenty of live rock in my current tank, but I had no clue about being able to break the rocks up and gluing them together to create a custom aquascape. Yeah, one of MANY things I didn’t know lol! I purchased some Instant bond glue and accelerator. I planned on using it along with some instant ocean epoxy.

I have read on here that a Cyanoacrylate based glue should be fine. I did confirm that Instant bond is a Cyanoacrylate based glue. I simply want some reassurance before I spend a bunch of time and effort on creating my aquascape.

Honestly I bought some super glue gel pretty cheap from Amazon, but they were only 2-3g per tube. I just buy the polyplab glue tubes. It’s 4g and the tubes are actually filled. It’s slightly more than some of the Amazon Chinese brands, but atleast I know I’m getting good stuff:p

True thanks! I built my aquascape with this stuff last minute because I ran out so I only used a little and now I’m worried I have to restart if this stuff isn’t safe lol!
