Insufficient Privileges to post

I've been a member for a while, and my marketplace access has been restricted. Does anybody know why this is?

Alright. I just payed for the privileges! I call it. Reefing privilege. AM I right?

If you just met the post requirement, I believe it takes up to 24 hours to get the privilege added
