Would it be safe to add a Reef Brite strip into the inside of an ATI Sunpower? I assume it gets very hot in there and dont want to risk damage to the Reef Brite or a fire. Ive seen a few people add DIY LED's into a Sunpower, but not sure if a Reef Brite would be safe. I have the Reef Brite strips on the outside of the ATI module now, but it makes my fixture wider than my tank and I think I would be fine with a couple less T5's. Thoughts?

I'll be fine with the actual work of putting it in and disconnecting a couple T5's, just want to know if its too risky to add the LED's into the fixture.
thanks

Freshwater filter only or is it? Have you ever used an HOB filter on a saltwater tank?
