It looks as though lemon juice will kill it if I can inject it right into it's mouth and doing only a couple at a time to ensure it doesn't raise the ph I'll probably give this a try tomorrow Thanks again guys!!

I’ve never done it but I’ve heard peroxide will do the same

take out the rock and put some fire to them. Or just get some peppermint shrimp. I have done both when I had them in my tank.

I had a few in my nano. I manually (long tweezers) removed some. Then I bought a peppermint shrimp and they are all gone now in about a week. I didn't have anywhere as many as you do but the shrimp ate them up.

DO NOT apply any heat to those rocks please. Those palythoa are carriers of palytoxin which when heated can make you and your family very sick. Almost every case of someone getting seriously ill from palys is from attempting to heat or boil rocks.

Welcome and impressive aiptasia!! Berghia nudibranches would take care of that, then get some peppermint shrimp to keep them gone. The berghia wont survive without aiptasia to eat, which is sad, but they are spendy so just remember that and don't buy a bunch! Oh and don't add peppermint shrimp until the Berghia are done...peppermint shrimp LOVE eating Berghia! ;)

I have NEVER had any luck with this...it is impossible to get them before they close up. Then, when you think you got them, they come back.;Punch:)

Welcome to R2R. Great place to hang. Berghia Nudis will take care of them but takes time but are the best I’ve tried,,, and believe me I tried everything else... for months. I even took a small rock out, squirted it with bleach, let sit and then rinse thoroughly. Wouldn’t you know dang thing came back

Looks like a candidate for @Frank's Tanks F aptasia! It's the only thing that worked for me. I tried kalk paste, lemon juice, boiling water, and aptasiaX, none did the job and they would always come back. Hit them with some F aptasia and not a single one has returned in 3 months now.

Initially I was happy to see so much growing in my tank :) lol
As they spread more and more of the other things began to shrink... :(I had some luck hitting the larger ones with lemon juice thru a syringe. I'm going to check out F Aiptasia and a couple other suggestions and get a peppermint shrimp as well

Super glue! when the aiptasia retreats into the hole put a dab of glue in the hole.

Id get a copperband butterfly. They devour them! Mine did. But these fish are so hard to feed. So id make a deal with the lfs to bring it back later if you can. Paul b has success with them.
