Inverts freeze when introduced?

Started the tank 6 weeks ago (25 IM Shallow Lagoon). I'm on the second round of inverts, and every time i acclimate them they just stay put and halt all movement. 1st round being 2 Astrea's and 1 Scarlet hermit. Second round was from a different LFS, 5 Nassarius. At 1st the nassarius acted normal, even through 1st feeding of the tank. Now they don't even come out of the sand during feedings.

All parameters are in check.

0 Nitrate
Phos .10
0 Ammonia
Cal 430

I've been in the hobby for a long time.

Time to test for copper?

PS I added a YWG and pistol shrimp 1 week before inverts and they are totally fine? Also have a toadstool in the tank with great polyp extension.

All parameters are being tested with Hanna Checkers.

Live rock was from LFS and advertised as being ran in the system for multiple years. Has great amounts of coraline algae and no Nuisiance algae.

Poly-Filter™ if it's a mystery.

In the mean time check for metallic fittings (or anything) somewhere in the system.

Also, what's the tank temperature?

Poly filter? As in filter floss? Thats what I’m running. Tank temp 78.5

So I've been running the Poly-filter and CupriSorb for 5 days, with no changes. Introduced more inverts with same results. Crabs are totally fine. Shrimp, fish, and toadstool fine. Am I missing something? Still awaiting ICT test results........ Should be in any day. Parameters all great. WC'ed today. 20% WC every week, except this week. Raising nitrates. 10% this week.
