Is a jbj 29 nano cube big enough for just a ribbon eel?

I was just curious I really enjoy ribbon and eels and have considered getting one but I don't have enough space for a 40L do you think a jbj 29 cube be big enough for just the eel and maybe a puffer?

I wouldnt. Even if you just placed the eel alone in the tank. They grow up to 2 ft in size.
