Is copper very lethal or fatal to elasmobranchs like round stingrays? I know that stingrays and copper dont mix well together. I have a maroon clownfish who is getting treated for marine velvet in my 10 gallon quarantine tank. I wanna know how dangerous this stuff is to them to make sure that I could keep them safe and not possibly get them hurt during my clownfishes treatment. The copper I'm using on my maroon clownfish is Copper Safe by Fritz.

No copper. It is rare if ever they get parasites and often will be bacterial and internal issues with them.

Coppersafe is not as toxic to sharks and rays as ionic copper is, but I normally don’t suggest dosing them at a full coppersafe dose, and treating velvet requires using a full dose.
Since your clownfish is in a treatment tank, I’m not sure what the route of exposure of a ray to the copper would be?
