Is it normal for young bta’s to be void of color?

This bta at Petco is transparent and I don’t believe I’ve ever seen a bta that color before. Is that normal? Does it get its color as it gets bigger? Is it sick?

unfortunately it's most likely bleached. They can recover but it takes a while and may not be worth the time/money. My Petco doesn't do well with anemones either
