Is lobo splitting new head?

There are two more small holes beside the mouth. Is that the start of another head?

Yea I've had it for months and I've never seen those holes other then the mouth. Figured it's either splitting or dying lol

I have a lobo that grew 2 new mouths. Unfortunately it has been in bad shape for a while now. Can’t seem to get it to puff out and grow. It’s stuck in limbo right now. I was really hoping to see how the mouths would separate and grow. It’s tough finding much info on how they grow.
