Left my house and it looked fine, got home around 4 hours later and it was pulled into it’s self.

Its very hard to see with the blue lights, could you send a better pic with whites?
 
Hmm if you just added it to the tank it might just be adjusting but I don't have too much knowlege on nems, maybe @OrionN can assist.
 
Anemone or or occasionally ball up. It will spread back out again. If it does not. Then you need to worry.

It looks to be almost back to normal this morning. Though it usually does not look this elongated.

Sorry pictures not the greatest, a quick snap before work and lights are still not on.

It is open, it has also moved a little. It use to be tucked inside that cave, does not seemed to have moved its foot, just stretching to be where it is now. Some tentacles seem short, not sure if that is new, could not really see that part of the nem while it was tucked into the cave.
