My nem has been acting very sad since I moved 3 weeks ago it hasnt had bubbles since the move and it closes up at night. I'm not worried about it dying because it's not showing any signs of passing. However, I notice this mark on it and it is making me think it is splitting. Should I be worried?

Splitting could be a good or bad thing depending on lighting or overall tank health. Im leaning more towards a bad thing since it’s looking “sad”
Does it look sad to you lol, i say sad because it doesnt have bubbles. My tank health is great and I have good lighting

Yeah, I would definitely go with sad. Did you happen to rip it’s foot when you moved it?
I kept him on the rock so no rips. It makes small bubbles but they go away after some time. You can see in the pics he has some bubbles. He doesnt shrivel up or anything. He did move around alot after the move. He only chose this spot a week ago
