Is my Bubble tip ok

Is my bubble tip ok. It has been acting weird the past few days. It’s not accepting food and it keeps moving. i had to pull it away from a pump because a tentacle went up into it in its new place it moved to. also is not fully expanding like it usually does. the only change in the tank is that where it has sat for 4 months has sea grapes over crowding it now

I would also refrain from direct feeding it. Feeding a stressed-out anemone can actually do more harm than good.

I agree, that water does not look great. Everyone here will definitely need your parameters to help ***** the situation.
