Is my cycle staled? 6 weeks deep into fishless cycle.

Could be acclimation or disease

I just removed some water so the outflow pipe can create some air bubbles.

After 15 minutes of this flow, clown started moving much better!

How can I make sure my tank has enough oxygen? My tank is Fluval nano edge, it has glass lid , it's closed. Will that be a problem?

you can put a little spacer between the tank and the lid, increase flow and surface agitation, and/or put in an air stone.

I'd add a powerhead somewhere and aim it slightly at the surface. try to support the lid with silocone bumpers like you would put on cabinet doors.

Edit: or find a screen top lid.

Of salinity between the store water and your tank were close, that acclimation was fine. You need to worry with sensitive fish and greater than maybe .002 to .003. not an expert on this, but have asked the question enough before.

I’m in process of setting up new tank. Live sand, dry rock, dr tims and microbacter 7. Next week will be 2 month mark, about a week or week and a half ago I reached 0 ammonia and waited for nitrates to go to 0 which was 2 days ago. Nitrates were present, I did about 40% water change, then I moved my clown from another tank and he seemed great for several hours. Got up this morning and he was dead ….
Any help on what happened?
I didn’t acclimate, but the salinity was identical and temp was within a degree.
