Is my duncan sprouting a new head?

There is this new growth on duncan wondering what it is

That duncan doesnt look very good. Usually you can clearly see baby polyps growing out of the stalk of the duncan, but your duncan is completely closed up.

Would suggest to post a better pic in white lights if you can, maybe share more details about the tank.

It just closed up because I did a water change was open 20mins before lol

Nitrates 2ppm
Phosphates .02
Gets moderate flow and in a place of moderate light
It is close to a kenya tree if that is a problem?

Yes, new head. It will return to normal in a few days. Mine just did the same, closed for four days, now is back to normal.
