is my foxface ok

i just got a new foxface today. he's about two-three inches and he seems to be very weak and he's been trying to lay on the sand where there's no flow. i acclimated him probably, my water parameters are all good, and the temperature is good. i also have two clowns and a sleeper goby, they're all fine. i did everything correctly when putting him in the aquarium, and everything seems to be in check. he's just not moving and laying on sand. and just to be clear, he is breathing. is he going to die? is he just really stressed? i should also mention i ordered him from liveaquaria so he came from fedex. could that be a problem? i need help

i had gotten my two clowns and goby the same way, and all three are perfectly healthy

Laying on the sand gasping is not a good sign, ime thats near death. Also ime its the normal state la stock gets delivered.

i'd say osmotic shock but i think that takes a couple days to set in

could be ammonia poisoning if you drip acclimated for a long time. are the gills red?

or it just didn't ship well

he was breathing pretty fast a while ago but as you can see i can't tell right now, he was in this same position an hour ago and swam around and went back to the same position

Float bag 20-25 mins, then Compare salinity (tank and bag salinity), then release fish into clean pail or bucket. Add a cup of water every 15 minutes 6 times (hour and half). Check salinity in pail to see where salinity is at (if low, keep adding tank water until it is near or equal to tanks'.
Using same cup (not net) scoop fish up and slowly release into tank.
