I had a pink starburst gonipora on my sandbed for about two months, and it was doing amazing.
I added emerald crabs to help with some bubble algae, and when I came back from a trip I noticed it was the only coral shut. I caught the crabs trying to eat it, and now it’s sitting in my breeder box where nobody can touch it.
However, it’s still not opening back up after over a day of being isolated. There’s still full color and no bleaching or tissue loss, it just seems super closed up. All my other coral are thriving so I’m sure it’s not my parameters.
Should I dip in coral revive? Leave it alone? Is it done for? What do I do?
