Spot fed spirulina brine two days ago and a tiny bit of reef roids yesterday (mostly targeted my smaller mouthed friends). Now this evening the torch has quite the excretion going on:

Concern is that it's expelling zooxanthelle due to overfeeding?

Tank is about 1.5 months old

Testing is tomorrow but last tests were:

Ammonia - 0.0
Salinity - 1.026
Nitrate - 0
Phos - 0.015
Alk - 9dkh
Calc - untested

Plan now is a water change, wait 1 hour, then run my suite of tests again tomorrow.

Video posted 9/30 in my tank build if you're interested in flow and light levels

To be blunt it’s fine…it’s taking a dump

I gathered but man, the way the tentacles were retracting and pulsating made it look like a painful one. I know how it feels :rolling-on-the-floor-laughing:
