hey guys i need help fast....
i have a red sea 170 and i just got a reef wave 25 , i have it set to the lowest setting and i feel like my fish cant handle the flow rate
they look tire and laying low in the tank

Its hard to judge flow, it depends on how much rock is in your tank, how much coral, etc... I do always say that its more difficult to set the flow with only one source of flow, because you always get that one way linear circular flow pattern. If you get another for the opposite side and aim them towards each other, you get more random flow patterns, you even program them to get that back and forth waive motion. Perhaps aim the powerhead towards the return flow if not done already. The fish will get used to the flow, they are just off guard from your trying to adjust the flow up and down, but once you set it and leave the tank alone they will get used to it.
